The following represents some programs and services provided by LifeNet Health's Donor Family Services department on our website Healing the Spirit. Our efforts are intended to comfort and support, and to provide donor families ways to remember and honor their loved ones. From time-to-time our services may change based on input from donor families to best meet the perceived bereavement needs.  For more information click here. 
 

Online Memorial Quilt   

The Online Memorial Quilt is an opportunity for all to create a commemorative quilt square for loved ones.  To create your own online quilt square, or to view those created by other donor families, click here.
 

LifeNet Health Memorial Quilts    

We have a number of quilts that were made from squares created by our donor families.  Each is a unique and precious memorial to their loved ones.  We have them hanging on the walls in our buildings and we display them all at our annual In Celebration and Remembrance ceremonies and other special events.  To view the quilts online, click here.  If you are a LifeNet Health donor family and would like to create a quilt square please click here to learn more about them and how to obtain a blank square with instructions.

Forever Memories    

Sometimes in the midst of grief and loss, words can fall short of expressing deep feelings. Ceremonies can provide comfort and an outlet for those feelings that escape words.  The ceremony of creating memorials can help us remember and reconcile loss in our lives.  These include scrapbooking (Tribute Albums), Memory Boxes and Quilt Squares.  To learn how you can create some memorials click here.
 

 A Child's Place for Remembering -- The Healing Garden   

An award winning interactive website, The Healing Garden is a child’s grief web page with interactive activities to help children deal with their grief and loss through creative expression.  They can, accompanied by a parent or other adult, create and "play" iin a garden for their loved one.  Click here.
